"My ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts are higher than your thoughts."

Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel all speak of the New Covenant.  Here God speaks through Isaiah to offer water to everyone who thirsts. Thirsting is common to all.  The difference is where we take that thirst.
